  • How do I order online and when is the delivery?
    Simply click on our catalogue to browse through the happy blooms we offer, add them to your cart and you are on your way to delivering happiness to someone you love! Drop us a Whatsapp text or email with your order cart screenshot, and we'll be in touch with you within the day to confirm your order. We offer next day delivery as long as you place your orders by 5pm the day before. All orders will be delivered by 6pm the next day. We will try our best to accommodate any specific timing deliveries if you include them in your comment.
  • What are the delivery terms and fees?
    For all orders above $40, we provide complimentary delivery. You will receive an email notification from us upon successful order and delivery. For delivery to Sentosa, Jurong Island, Tuas, Airport, and all other army bases or ports, there will be an additional charge of $15 per delivery. If the recipient isn't at the given location, we will leave it with a neighbour or at the office reception. For incorrect delivery address or in the event that there is no one we can leave the happy blooms with, a $10 re-delivery fee will be charged.
  • Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
    Any changes to the delivery or cancellation has to be made by 5 pm the day before delivery date. In the event of a cancellation after an order confirmation, 50% of the total value will be charged. For re-delivery, it is subject to an additional fee of $10.
  • How do I make payment?
    We are a small business and we try to pass all savings to our customers so you can enjoy sending flowers to your loved ones at the lowest cost. We currently only accept all major bank transfers and PayNow. All customers will receive an email confirmation upon successful order to advise you on the payment methods. Do remember to send us a copy of your order cart screenshot and the transaction proof via email/Whatsapp.
  • Will I get the exact bouquet that I ordered online?
    Our happy blooms encapsulate wildness of the botanical and we seek your understanding that it is difficult to completely recreate arrangements. The blooms we use are usually available all year round and suitable for the sunny Singapore weather. However, some flowers may be seasonal and subject to availability. If the main bloom for your customised orders are no longer available, we will contact you and work out a suitable replacement.
  • How do I take care of the flowers?
    Our fresh flowers are treated with utmost care and usually lasts for 3-5 days, depending on the condition it is kept in. Keep your flowers away from heat and direct sunlight, and store them under cool conditions to help them stay fresh. For bloom boxes, do remember to feed the happy blooms with water at the bottom of the box/bag daily.
